From the beginning of this ministry, Pastors Jose has sought to create an organization that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the community it serves. Starting with a radio broadcast outreach and spanning into homeless outreach and the formation of a congregation, Restoration Ministries has stayed true to the vision that God gave the pastors.

The approach to reaching out has always been a combination of aggressive street-style ministry and non-threatening invitation. Through the various ministries within Restoration Ministries, the organization attracts different groups with a unique style that gets results.

The Gospel is all about bringing people to the feet of Jesus, where they can find true comfort and ministry. Without the fruits of salvation, a ministry can show little to confirm that its existence is God ordained. Restoration Ministries holds a strong commitment to extending the opportunity for salvation to any who will listen and respond.

Through discipleship, theological study, and practical experience, an individual can expect to grow in their personal gifts. This ministry believes and relies heavily on those that are active in pursuing God's purpose. The pastors have a vision for training those who want to push the limits of their own abilities and reach out beyond the walls of the church and into a lost world.

Individuals seeking to actively participate in ministry are encouraged to train and equip themselves for personal ministry in order to be commissioned for work inside and outside of the organization. Restoration Ministries strongly believes in releasing those that are ready for hands-on, in-the-trenches ministry into their full anointing, whether to serve within the local church, or in other organizations once they have submitted themselves to intensive training and have shown committment, stability, integrity, submission, consistency and other character qualities essential for the Christian leader or worker.
