One of the original leaders of the ministry, Jose has spent his early years in the areas of worship, youth ministry, discipleship, teaching, preaching, and evangelism. He is an ordained pastor with years of ministry experience. Through careful study of the Scriptures, he hopes to bring people practical concepts that will help them successfully integrate God's Word into their lives.

Pastor Jose is also the founder and CEO of ChurchForce, Inc., a company dedicated to using technology to help connect the Christian community. His award-winning internet development is recognized by hundreds of organizations throughout the world.

Jose lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Mayra and his four children: Erik, Joshua, Jose David, and Trinity. They enjoy visiting Busch Gardens, playing video games, watching movies, and just relaxing.
